Adam's Somewhat Daily Blog

Tired as always, probably compounded by the fact that is 11 at night. This computer also sucks because it will keep leaving out letters that I typed. Only my extreme vigilance is keeping this post from being illegible. I will stop now because this thing is annoying me so much. By the way, this is not my normal computer, so do not expect such short blogs.

One of the funniest things in the world has to be totally making a speech up as you go, and then being complimented on your preformance on how well it looked like you prepared. I didn't not prepare at all, but there was no complete speech anywhere in my head. Just major points to be elaborated on. Same thing happened today in English. We had to 'teach' two chapters of Huck Finn to the class (of only nine other people). Is it unhealthy for me to avoid eye contact with certain people in the hallways. It just seems ackward to do anything really. Plus Josh seems to notice each and every frickin time this happens, which is annoying. Because he then becomes quite for a momnet trying to deduce something. INFERNAL HARBRINGER OF SLANDEROUS LIES.

Today I got a ride home in the Burt-Mobile, for which is shall hence forth be called. My sister was very freaked out when she saw that I was home having not ridden the bus. She insisted that I had gotten sick somewhere between 1 o'clock when she saw me last and 2:40 when school lets out. Now that I am out of the loop (don't ask which), the loop seems to be looking more and more inviting. But good things come to those who wait, so I will bide my time. "I've got to be strong and try to hang on. Or else my mind, may well snap. Und my life will be lived, for the thri-i-i-ill."

Man I have had a lot of homework recently. This is compounded by the fact that I will not have a study hall till next quarter. I didn't win my election for student council, but I would have liked to at least know by how much I lost by. My brain is buzzing with knowledge, but none of it seems to be of any informational value to you all so I will leave it at that.

I did not feel like writing an entry yesterday but there was a very interesting rant that was written. Today I am going through all of my many pages and making them more uniform. This is hindered by the fact that even though this is a new computer, my sister had already managed to screw it up after only 3 months. She installed some pop up blocker (that we don't need) and it doesn't work so now it just slows down the computer by saying that it doesn't work each time you get onto the internet. For instance, I am doing nothing but typing on this internet page and my cpu is running at 70%. For those of you who don't know what that means, it means something is fishy. After I finish writting this I plan to hunt that program down and kill all of its children.

Yesterday, after writing the previous entry, I was planning on writting a rant. I never got around to that rant. It was going to be along the lines of..to use a popular song title, you can't always get what you wa-ant. I was planning on saying that if the coyote ever caught the road-runner or if that stupid rabbit ever did get ahold of some trix, the world would enevitably spin out of its orbit into the sun. But after reconsideration (you can't say no to a face like that, even if they didn't that a decision was being made) I decided that some things are within reach.

Today my legs feel as if I have been standing on them for a week straight. This is because I have had very intense sessions of gym class the last two days. But I don't expect them to get better till either they have gotten stronger, or the weekend comes. Which ever comes first. I am also debating what to do for my multi-genre project. I have a toss up between They Might Be Giants, Atheism, or the direction of the space program. But I think I am leaning toward the last one because I think I would learn more from that as opposed to the others.

Today was the madien post of this blogging tool. It is not exactly up to my liking but it will serve its purpose. That being a place to rant when I don't think the item warrants a rant, plus this is much easier to update than my main page is. Mostly because I am not actually hosting this, as you can see by the url. This page, more than all others, will be updated regulary. So all you life draining leeches can check back with frequency.
